"Damnatus parricidii anno custodiatur". Qui sub noverca damnatus est, vult illum pater domi custodire. Ille petit, ut publico carcere servetur.
Translation
“A person convicted of parricide shall be kept in custody for a year”. A certain man was convicted of parricide during the ascendancy of a stepmother in the household. His father wants to keep him in custody at home. The son sues to be kept in the state prison.
