Veneficii rea torqueatur donec conscios indicet. Amissa uxore, ex qua habebat filium, duxit alteram et de ea suscepit filiam. Adoleverunt ambo infantes. Repente ambiguis signis perit adulescens. Pater uxorem accusavit et damnavit. Cum torqueretur, filiam sibi consciam dixit. Petitur puella ex lege ad poenam. Adest ei pater.

Translation

"A woman accused of poisoning shall be tortured till she gives up her accomplices". A man, having lost the wife by whom he had a son, married another woman and acknowledged a daughter by her. Both of the children grew up. Suddenly the son died with ambiguous symptoms. The father accused his wife and convicted her. The woman, after being tortured, named their joint daughter as her accomplice. The girl is to be prosecuted according to the law. The father is her advocate.
