"Indemnatos liberos liceat occidere". Tyrannus finitimae civitatis, sub minis belli, adulescentem speciosum postulavit. Civitas decrevit. Pater illum lege indemnatorum peremit. Reus est laesae rei publicae.
Translation
“One may execute children without a trial”. The tyrant of a neighboring state, subject to the risk of war, demanded a handsome young man. The state consented. His father executed him in accordance with the law concerning those who can be condemned without a trial. He is then accused of harming the state.
