Quidam pupillum heredem fecit; pupillus autem ante mortuus est, quam in suam tutelam venit. De hereditate ea, quae pupillo venit, inter eos, qui patris pupilli heredes secundi sunt, et inter adgnatos pupilli controversia est.
Translation
A certain man made a ward his heir; the ward, however, died before coming of age. A dispute arises between the reversionary heirs of the father of the ward and th agnates of the ward over the property which the ward had inherited.
