Lex raptarum. Rapta producta ad magistratus tacuit et flevit. Magistratus de raptore supplicium sumpsit. Puella se interemit. Reus est magistratus, quod causa mortis fuerit.

Translation

"The statute regarding raped women". A raped woman brought before the magistrates said nothing and just wept. One magistrate had the rapist put to death. The girl committed suicide. The magistrate is brought to trial on the charge that he was responsible for her death.
