Dives duobus pauperibus inimicus. Promisit se fortiter facturum, si sibi mors unius decerneretur. Decreta est. Alter c.d. Dives fortiter fecit. Petit praemio mortem illius, qui contradixerat. Alter c.d.

Translation

A rich man was on bad terms with two poor men. He promised that he would fight heroically if the death of one of the poor men was decreed to suit his wishes. It was so decreed. The other poor man had spoken in opposition to this. The rich man fought heroically. He seeks as his reward the death of the poor man who had spoken in opposition to him. The other poor man speaks against this.
